A Life-Coach graduated in USA and Germany

After my Business Administration studies, I spent fifteen years of professional life working as Sales Account Manager building relationships and teams to achieve revenue goals but it was the building relationships and teams where the biggest personal satisfaction comes. So I decided to pursue a parallel path where I can understand deeply the human behaviour through psychology studies in NYU (USA) and most recently in VFTC (GER) to help people with unsolved situations in their interpersonal and professional lives.

I believe the multicultural environments where I developed these skills helps me to see better through the glasses of the interlocutor (Coachee) despite of their background. This is the actual "language" needed on a session.

After 7 years of marriage and 2 kids we went into a crisis I did not think we could get out of. We booked 2 counselling sessions with a local family advisor but I did not feel heard. Since my wife and I come from different cultural backgrounds, a common friend advised me to reach out to Carlos giving me his number. The way the three of us engaged into a conversation from the beginning was very easy and helped us to understand where exactly were the resentments we were holding against each other.

I am happy to share that three years later, me and my wife have recently celebrated our 10 years anniversary with 3 kids and started our own business.
